It usually starts with coming up with a name. What is intriguing but not over used? What is a moniker I would be willing to be known by, at least to those internet readers? It may be a bit mundane, but it alludes to the very reason for the blog. One of my goals to become more God conscious in my life. That is if God is present, among us, all the time then why am I not talking or even better listening more often? The reason is I get distracted with the world around me and I have to consciously make an effort to look for and pay attention to God.
Randy is of course my first name, but the word "reflections" speaks of an intentionality to be come more God conscious or more God aware. That is the reason for this blog. It gives me an opportunity, or actually helps me take a moment to reflect on God in my life and the world around me. I also hope it will be an encouragement for you to do the same. Peace to you.
