It was an amazing week! We had over 165 kids and eighty volunteers participating in our annual Vacation Bible School. The youth did a great job with the daily skit, the teachers with the lessons, and the helpers with the snacks and crafts. The song leaders were able to get everyone ready for the finale on the 25th and the picnic afterwards, put on by our Deacons, was a great ending.
Other than the fact that I left my notes in the printer the service was well orchestrated, full of energy, and an enriching experience. God definitely used the many hearts, hands, and minds of all who helped lead this full week experience.
I thought it was really cool how well making rain went in the service, I think the practice during the week at the morning assembly was helpful.
