New Title

I have been thinking about my sign off label lately. I had K.B.B.S. which stood for Kingdom Building Between Sundays. Yet as I read more and listen more it seems that the kingdom is already in existence. Jesus said the Kingdom is here, now. So if we are in the midst of building it then does that mean it isn't here yet? Not sure but I decided it would be better to acknowledge the kingdom is already here, so I am changing the sign off label to K.L.B.S., which stands for Kingdom Living Between Sundays.
You see for one, we need to remember the kingdom is already here, not fully here, but Jesus did bring the kingdom here, at least in part, to earth. Also it reminds us that God is the utlimate contractor on kingdom building. In fact it says in the Psalms if the Lord is not in the building of our house we build it in vain. If God is not part of our building, or living, then we are building and living in vain.
God is the ultimate contractor, builder, and maintenance person. We only partner with God, to the extent God allows us to participate. So if we are participating in the Kingom then it is because God allows us to particiate. We must not forget that. So if we live in the Kingdom then we are doing so at the discretion of God. And I believe God does expect us, ask us, and allow us to live in the Kingdom of God now.
Wherever we see those moments when we can say God is in this place or part of this event then we are participating in Kingdom Living. And this is not only on Sundays. That is why we need to constantly be watching and looking for God in our midst, for between Sundays it is mostly where we live. So this also shoud be the time we are mostly looking for the kingdom.
So keep your eyes, ears, and heart open for God wants us to live in the kingdom now and forever more.
Happy living,

Pastor Randy
